Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was very accommodating when I requested a room close to the restaurant and elevators due to my elderly companions. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and delicious food. The hotel also offers accommodation for drivers at an extra cost which was convenient for us. it was a family-friendly hotel and a great place to spend the holidays.
That the hotel did not have a wheelchair available, which could be inconvenient for some guests. the reception area should have more staff to assist guests instead of relying on security guards.

During our stay, we requested a room near the elevators and restaurant, and the hotel happily accommodated our needs. The food at their restaurant was delicious, and the decor created a lively atmosphere. having accommodations for a driver, at an extra cost, was a nice touch.
The lack of availability of a wheelchair was a downside. Reception coverage could also be improved, as having only one person available made assistance less efficient.

The hotel was able to accommodate our request for a room near the elevators and the restaurant, which was convenient for us and my partner's elderly parents. the hotel offered accommodation for our driver at an extra cost, which was a thoughtful touch.
Sadly, our experience was dampened by the lack of wheelchair accessibility at the hotel. We had to rely on security guard assistance as there was no front desk person to guide and assist us.
